The Uniden BC355N is a compact base/mobile police scanner with 300 channels and preprogrammed service search. Perfect for the car or home, this police scanner can track what’s going on in your vicinity and keeps you fully aware at all times. It covers the bands used for emergency reporting including NOAA weather, Aviation, Marine, Railroad, NASCAR and non-digital police, fire, and ambulance emergencies.

Uniden BC355N Features:

  • BACKLIT DISPLAY: The BC355N comes complete with a backlit display making it easier to read in low light conditions.
  • CLOSE CALL RF™  TECHNOLOGY: Provides information about nearby radio transmissions. It comes with Do-Not-Disturb feature which checks for Close Call activity during channel reception so active channels are not interrupted.
  • 300 CHANNELS: Save up to 300 frequencies that are scanned along with the preset frequencies.
  • NARROWBAND CAPABLE: Properly receives VHF and UHF frequencies using narrower frequency spacing.
  • DESKTOP OR MOBILE OPERATION: Compact size for convenient use in your car or at home.
  • NON-DIGITAL SCANNER: The BC355N is not a digital scanner and is not capable of Digital Radio system monitoring, (e.g. Project 25, DMR, NXDN). For digital radio system monitoring, please check out Uniden models SDS100, SDS200, BCD436HP, BCD536HP, BCD996P2, BCD325P2, or the HomePatrol-2.
