Are you guys in Canada?
Yes, our company and its staff are located in Calgary, Alberta. When you call our toll free or local phone number you will speak to someone in Calgary, and all orders are shipped from Calgary. GPS Central is an independent Canadian company.
Do you have a 'real' location where I can come and see GPSs and accessories?
Yes, we welcome shoppers at our showroom found at #8, 711 48th Ave SE, Calgary (51.01061, -114.04706). Prices charged in store are the same as our internet prices.
How do I find your office?

Do you have most products in stock or do I have to wait while you order?
We carry most products showcased on our web site in stock – all the time, and can special order many items for you which we don’t normally carry.
Will you price match?
We will attempt to match genuine prices for identical items currently advertised on the internet by Authorized Canadian dealers for in stock items. Click here for details of Our Best Total Price Assurance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders we accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal. Other payment methods for phone, mail/fax and email orders are money orders and bank drafts. Orders are shipped when payment is received in our office. Wire transfers are routinely accepted for international orders (see below). Cash and Interac payments are also accepted at our Calgary office. Purchase orders may be accepted from Government Departments and select other organisations at our discretion.
What shipping methods do you use?
Canada-wide, we use Canada Post ExpressPost and FedEx Air/Ground shipping services from Calgary, Alberta, and are able to accommodate special shipping requirements if required.
How do I use your Shopping Cart to order online?
Place items in your Shopping Cart by using the Add to Cart buttons on the product pages. After you have added all of your purchases, click the shopping cart’s Proceed to Checkout button for registration and your selection of credit card payment and shipping methods.
How do I find out my total cost with shipping and taxes?
For online orders with a credit card, the total cost of your order can be previewed prior to purchase. For non-credit card orders, you can view the cost of your order any time in the Shopping Cart, but the shipping charges with tax will not be included, and provincial, federal or harmonized sales taxes will apply.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes! We happily accept orders from the U.S. and worldwide. Please note that international GPS sales are bound by our discretion, as well as domestic and international law. (You’ll be notified if we are unable to fulfill your order.)

No, we do not take trade-ins.
