Kenwood YG-82CN-1W 270Hz Narrow Roofing Filter for TS-890

The Kenwood YG-82CN-1W Roofing Filter is available to install and upgrade the Kenwood TS-890S. Essentially a first IF crystal filter, this 270 Hz model is the only optional filter and the narrowest available for the Kenwood TS-890S HF and 6 meter transceiver. Typically used by CW operators, this filter adds the ability to reduce or eliminate interfering signals from adjacent frequencies and improve reception of weak signals.
