Protecting Your Investment
At purchase, your GPS product already includes a One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. The extended warranty is in place for the Second and/or Third Years that you own the product. (It is transferable to new owners if you sell it.) Coverage is specific to the cost of the GPS device, listed above.

What do we cover?
- Our policy is an extension of the manufacturer’s written warranty. It covers any manufacturer’s defects that may pop up during the coverage period. i.e. GPS not acquiring satellites, backlight burnt out, pixels missing, etc.
- Coverage is for the GPS unit only and does not include the accompanying accessories
- If your unit cannot be repaired, we will exchange it for the same model of GPS which maybe a Newly Overhauled model. In case the same model of GPS is no longer available, we will exchange it for a model with equal or better features
- Deal with us instead of the manufacturer even in the first year of the warranty period!
What is not covered?
- Defects occurring because of misuse, mishandling or abuse of product
- Accidental loss or theft
- Repair or replacement of accompanying accessories of the unit
How to claim the extended warranty?
Apply for an RMA number, make sure you complete the entire form so we can best serve you. An RMA number must be issued before we accept any returns for warranty service.

Q. I bought a GPS 1 month ago. Can I still buy a warranty now?
A. Yes. If you purchased a GPS product within the last 60 days, you can buy an extended warranty for it. Even if you buy a GPS today (and want to delay a decision about an extended warranty), no problem! You can come back later to buy, as long as it’s within 60 days of your purchase date.
Warranty Pricing & Purchase
If you are buying an Extended Warranty after your GPS purchase, please include these four (4) items of information in the Comments field in the Checkout.
1. Your current phone number
2. Your sales order number
3. The product serial number
4. Date of your GPS purchase
Choose Free Shipping or Customer Pickup ($0.00) in the checkout, if you have no other purchases. (You are required to pick a shipping method when you buy these items in our web store, but warranties do not require a delivery!)
